High-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil, taken by the spoon. One farm, one harvest, one tablespoon a day. Koroneiki olives picked early in October at Liva Groves, Ariochori, Kalamata, and cold pressed at the mill in the village.
Polyphenols: more than 500 mg/kg, guaranteed for every batch. The current harvest measured 1,026 mg/kg total polyphenols, certified by the World Olive Center for Health, Athens (cert. C2526-00821, analysis 05.03.2026). We publish the certificate.
Certified organic (EU) by BIOHELLAS, GR-BIO-03. Ingredients: 100% organic extra virgin olive oil. 500 ml / 16.9 fl oz. Batch 0001.
The measure: one tablespoon (15 ml), unheated, before the day begins. One bottle is thirty-three mornings.
Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. This claim is authorised in the European Union (Reg. 432/2012) for oils providing at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives per 20 g; independent analysis of the current harvest measured 20.5 mg per 20 g. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 g of olive oil.
